I had a great VP when I started at Insurity, but I found out quickly they were hamstringed and we were not supported. Terrible leadership at the C-Level. Would not recommend Insurity to anyone.

Overall, the people at Insurity are some of the best in the insurtech industry. A number of acquisitions have led to some challenges in integration of technology but regardless the products are good. Compensation is fair with the ability to earn significant commissions when reaching or exceeding goals.

My overall experience was okay. The leadership team was changed and that really effected the sales team with micromanagement and lack of experience. The legal team is a major bottleneck and frusturating to work with. Very poor. Management created new business dev roles with little understanding of the market fit, price point, territory for the target prospects and had very unrealistic goals for the amount of time it took to close deals.
