Current Employee My overall experience with this company has been they don’t care for there employees. They only care about how much work you are willing to do for them so they can take all of the credit and majority commission share. They have absolutely no training, they do not trust reps with all of the pertinent information it takes to closed down a deal, they hide details of the deals behind the scenes all to maximize the DSM and RSM more profits from every deal. Also they get kick backs from the lenders from every deal financed, leading to high interest rates and payments for customers only to fill their pockets. While the hard working TM make low commissions, the DSM’s make 7 figures regularly. Browse Other Reviews
