My overall experience was mid to not enjoyable. The training that is provided is not enough. The commission is only paid out once a year in the following calendar year. If you leave before then, you get nothing.

Micromanagement to the max. Managers required a summary email every day. Also when company held events, they would book rooms for employees to share without telling you. Super awkward to have to share a room with a person you don’t even know. Poor professional development.

It’s very very tough to succeed. The market is very saturated now. Avg span of a rep is 1-2 years
