I left shortly before the 1st round of layoffs occurred and while grateful for my time at the company for all they offered, the leadership lacked vision beyond counting metrics. Former Employee2.1May 17, 2024Indeed was a great place to work until 2022. Still above average but you are definitely just a number to them, no matter how strong your performance. Good benefits but leadership has been driving the company into the ground the last few years. They don't listen to or consider feedback.
