Indeed use to be an amazing place to work in sales. After layoffs, sales department has been crumbling and reps have no control over their destiny. The job is all luck based and meaningless box checking.

Indeed is a great company and is managed very well. The base salary is very low, but the bonus structure is attractive. The difficulty with this structure is that bonuses are paid quarterly. My experience overall was great, awesome culture and people and Indeed sets you up for success. Base salary is on the low side, but comm's are great and you really can hit some lofty numbers to set you up for life. Would thoroughly recommend working there, but it's very hard to land a job with Indeed! you have to be the best of the best
