My overall experience was that the pressure is quite high with poor management and leadership skills. The base comepensation is okish the bonus is very high compared to any other company in Dublin.

My overall experience is great. Indeed is removing some perks as WFH allowance, same days off, etc, still is a great company to work and in some markets pays above the average.
