Overall, my experience with Indeed was positive. I always felt like there was transparency from the most senior leadership, and I truly believe they did their best to take care of their employees to the best of their ability. However, the product decisions that have been made over the last few years have really hampered the sales org, and have left a bad taste in clients mouths after years of incredibly high customer satisfaction.

Was great at first but it seems like a sinking ship and it's gradually getting worse. The company creates new products which they push aggressively that cost the company tons of money, don't add value to clients and should be options not mandatory. My overall experience is not bad, but targets are to high for small business owners who barley have money, making 80 dials a day, and as many sales as possible, accounts are none spenders for years, rotating reps every 14 days for accounts, which makes them not happy as we keep calling and re-selling.
