Great company and culture with a lot of work/life balance. Low base salary, but good bonus incentives when you hit senior. Good if you want to make 150-170k OTE but not much opportunity for more.

WIth how the current economic landscape, it's been very challenging to say the least. Despite this and a very low base salary, the bonuses and multipliers, when you're hitting, make it worth staying here. Leadership and culture is pretty good within the sales org. The job is definitely not that hard so the compensation is great. However, the product doesnt work a lot of the time, churn is high, quotas are untenable, and it's just honestly a boring job to have.
