The pay is well below market rate, most of quota attainment is based on seasonality/luck. Biggest reason to stay is the unlimited PTO and every 3rd Friday off.

Great company to work for until they did a round of layoffs and made some of the best people redundant while keeping some of the worst performers.

Indeed was a great place to work if you want a steady easy paycheck with minimal chance for large commissions checks or forward movement. Culture was good not great, and the product fit is a little out dateded.
