Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked at Indeed for over 6 years. The company consists of mostly "coasters". There are very few true sales roles at Indeed. Most reps are glorified account managers who sit on their book of business and get lucky, or are outed within a year regardless ok skill level. Indeed as a company is more worried about pandering to the <1%, pushing pride and diversity, and effectively alienating many of their employees. They have even gone as far to be proud of and promote internal hiring initiatives that discriminate against a majority of their employees based on their gender and skin color. Great benefits, good stepping stone or resume builder out of college, but not a long term solution for anyone with meaningful career goals. This company will suck the soul out of someone who has a strong drive to exceed and grow on a professional level.
