The current leadership has no idea what they're doing. Great product, but the marketing team has no idea what they're doing. Management changes their minds on what they want to focus on weekly. Unfortunately, I think they're going to fall on their face as a company.

The Organization is hitting quota better than before, and still improving steadily. The BDR team especially has gotten a lot better in the past 4 months or so.
