The associate role prepares you with the product and sales knowledge to enter into a full sales rep role. I spend a lot of time making sure you’re confident in your skills, however, more emphasis could be put on getting experience in the field and finding opportunities. The base salary is hourly, and pretty low at that, but allows for overtime at time and a half and commission. The goal of this role is to prepare you and promote you within 6 to 12 months to a full sales rep role.

My overall experience was really negative. The culture was toxic. Customers did not like the product. There was a lot of back stabbing within the Management team. They had low market share for their products. Not many hit plan

Horrid. HR is untrustworthy and incompetent, and leadership is a bunch of old white males. The comp structure is a joke, and the culture is the most toxic I’ve ever been around. No trust amongst thieves is the best way to describe it. The customer is the furthest thing from anyone’s mind.
