Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Prior to joining, I was promised things had changed at Hyperscience significantly since the RIF earlier in 2022 and that everything was great. Was told outright lies about the success they are seeing and what to expect. Targets were doubled, clients were churning, deals weren't closing, product wasn't keeping up with competition and benefits were getting cut. Instead of working together to fix issues, leadership blame everyone else to protect themselves and hire more senior staff at higher wages, who add no benefit and further reduce cash reserves.
