Current Employee3.3Jun 26, 2025We have an almost entirely new C-suite that has come in with fresh an bold ideas. I'm excited about their optimism and think we have good potential. The culture is migrating to one of accountability which I appreciate. Am waiting to see other improvements before moving this rating to a 4.

The upside to these changes is all of these folkshave come from other tech firms. Hyland is well known for the environment and as an amazing place to work, especially in Ohio.
