Former Employee There are certainly great opportunities to build and own your career at HS. The base compensation is fairly average/low, and managers are not transparent about what people make and almost request reps do not share that info. I found out someone who had a smaller goal than me was making nearly $20k more on their base salary alone. They are constantly trying to improve the processes for sales, but often times they hire from outside companies for highly coveted positions, who then do not understand current processes and undue/undermine current progress.
