During my time at HomeLight I reported to 5 different managers in 2 years. Earning potential for myself and the majority of my team dropped year over year. Feedback from leadership was never listened to as they created multiple sales teams competing against one another creating an environment that wasn't healthy. Constantly changing products that kept internal teams as well as agents and clients frequently confused. Little support for training led to many individuals to fail before really getting established.
