Great company that has a good culture and values. Pay is lower compared to competitors, but overall good stability and work-life balance. Comp plans have needed improvement recently (Feb 2024). Reps should consider pay vs. stability/life balance when considering HP.

Overall it was a great experience working for the leader in the PC business. The company invested in their employees. The downfall was compensation. Other tech companies paid better.
