Micromanagement is killing this place. They don't communicate very well with sales on the company's vision and goals all while decreasing our pay year after year.

My overall experience has been positive until recently. Despite the low base pay, the company made it possible to make it up in commission, but have made significant changes to hinder that.

I was the #1 AE in Arizona and Top 5 AE company wide. The base salary was poor but I made it up in commission making over $220,000 annually. Top AE's would travel to a new city 1 week out of every month. I worked their before they were bought out. I can't speak to the commission potential post aquisition.
