My overall experience was awful. I had 5 managers is 2 years. One manager specifically I reported to HR, 6 others reported her as well and she is still there. The preach policy but management doesn’t even know the policy themselves. Run away

Micromanagement is killing this place. They don't communicate very well with sales on the company's vision and goals all while decreasing our pay year after year.

Made so many wrong high level decisions that impacted long term growth. Culture was a large problem and did nothing to address it.
