Former Employee2.7Feb 12, 2024The people at IC level are great. The managers are not very helpful, you need to be willing to train yourself and not expect help. Greenhouse is more of a quantity vs. quality approach. Quota isn't very attainable with only 30% hitting on a good month. Culture is more competitive than collaborative.
