Former Employee2.1Jul 14, 2024Based quotas off of bad salesforce data (Dupe accounts, Companies that no longer exist, Etc) Given a quota in month 1 when the avg deal takes 6-12 months to close. Will be on you back from the start. They need to be more realistic with new sellers.
