Which divisions, regions, or business units may be more or most advantageous to sell for and why?

RAM - Regional Account Managers are the entry level. The commission style that sounds great on paper but is incredibly difficult to hit in practice. People rarely hit quota, instead you are just compensated like crazy when you go over quota for one month. The best part of this gig is if you last long enough, you can get experience running the full sales cycle at an entry level job. Once you hit a certain mark, you get residuals based off of your book of business. That is how there are some millionaires in sales at this company - they sacrifice their personal life, embrace the workaholic culture and sometimes it pays off.
Once you hit $5,000 in BOB you get a raise to your base, once you hit $20,000 in BOB you get a promotion to Senior RAM to an industry team and much, much, much better leads.
Directors of RAMs do not make sales and just assist their team members throughout the sales process and get a cut of each sale made.
Directors of Industry Teams make their own sales too - they are less like teacher leaders and more like leaders by example.
Above all directors is a Regional Vice President who gets commission with every sale in his/her branch and negotiates splits on deals being worked by two separate branches.
TLDR; hard industry, but if you can make it (get lucky), there's a lot of money to be made.
