The job itself is fine. Leadership is abysmal and the reason I left without having something lined up. From the CEO down, there is a "cut expenses at costs" mentality that is shaking up tech teams. Massive quiet layoffs and outsourcing. This is all in the name of inflating the stock price because things "look good". The cost is knowledge drain and rapidly deflating morale.

Verisimilitude. I was told it was an inbound sales role, but it's support and sales. You can't hang up on customers even if they are shouting at you. You could hit 200% quota and not get paid your bonus if you aren't available to take calls, even if you are following up on emails.
