It is a decent company to work for with moderately low scale pay but work life balance making up for it. Leadership will vary from more hands on to barely seeing your leader. Their issue was a bloated workforce hence they laid off a quarter of their employees. As the leader in this space, all eyes are on them. I would recommend the company for its ease of work and ability to educate yourself with their skilling programs. Trade off lower pay for certifications that can fare you better in your next, more technical role.
