Leadership has changed a lot and became very cut throat, if I’m honest the leaders are aimlessly running a business. ARR has continued to declined over the course of the last 2 years and the SDR have been left with 0 direction and very poor leadership. As a result over the course of the last 3 years SDR team has reduced from 18 to 3 SDR’s globally and global AE team has reduced from 17 to 5 globally.
