Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, my experience at GE Healthcare was positive. The company is growing rapidly, now that it has become a standalone entity. Sometimes, it can seem that there are too many people performing the same tasks, which can lead to customers feeling a bit lost at times, and this can be frustrating. Currently, in terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), the organization is still finding its way. Although there are many women in leadership positions, there is a noticeable lack of ethnically diverse leaders at the VP level or above.
