However, since the company split from GE, the culture, leadership, morale, and compensation have all declined significantly. Most in my role lost $50k in earnings potential. Many of my former colleagues are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Unfortunately, it’s no longer a good place to work.
Leadership has become biased, and some employees were unfairly pushed out of the company. It's disappointing to see how the company has changed.
