Had a great experience working there. Met some of the best people I’ve worked with. Had the opportunity to do very well as an Associate Account Manager and typically did. Waiting for a quarterly commission payment was sometimes tough with the base salary on the lower side.

Very “market revenue” and Margin oriented. Share price is important but employees don’t get shares. Below industry OTE but most people go way over. Bulk of time is spent on internal reporting vs customer facing, revenue/commission generating activities.
