Current Employee My overall experience at Flare in terms of the culture they have there is great. With it being a start-up and only having 4 years of development under their belt the compensation that they pay their Account Executives is lower than other equivalent roles. They provide a good amount of inbound leads per day but with their currently low quota attainment and small bonus for hitting quota they are on the lower side for pay compared to the revenue you bring in individually.
