This company says you are working for Flare, a tech startup, but when you start the role, you are selling legal services for Marble Law. I’d read some reviews on Marble Law to get a sense for customer satisfaction. Quota is often unrealistic and most people only get paid substantial commission on their ramp quota month.

Had a great experience working with some wonderful individuals but ultimately leadership will always steer the culture of the company. Leading by example is the purest example of your intentions and unfortunately this is where the they fall short and the mistake train begins.
