If you have multiple offers from other companies, take them. This company churns through SDR’s for a reason. Unfortunately training is nonexistent. If you’d like to “figure out the process together”, then this is your spot!

Unethical and cold hearted “leadership” No transparency at all within the company. You were told to sprint one way only for the next day to come and be told to sprint the opposite way. They are having an identity crisis. Not sure what the heck they are doing
