Low base pay but they make up for it with a "high OTE". Commission structure works out to about $90-$95K OTE even though they advertise it closer to $150k OTE.

This company is great. They are young and hungry for high growth. Pay is good. Incentives are aligned. Product market fit is good. Leadership and culture is healthy and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
