Lack of opportunities in the United States due to poor reputation in the market for not being able to deliver. The base compensation is higher than most places but don't expect much more. The pressure is high to drive pipe with little to no help from other areas. Leadership is missing in the U.S. and not much better from the executive leadership team.

Was laid off due to corporate restructuring. Other than that, It was good. Fast paced, dynamic. Colleagues are always willing to help you as everyone’s working towards the same goal
