My overall experience was pretty negative, as the company is in a generally mature phase but has all the struggles of a startup when it comes to the Sales, Account Management (AM), and Business Development (BD) organizations within. Hardly any processes in place; no training or onboarding support, no focus personnel development; the leadership and upper management directly over the Sales, AM, and BD organizations destroys all credibility and beneficial authority they might have with inconsistent, incompetent, and toxic behaviors (they focus more on saving their own skins by blaming others for their own failures rather than taking responsibility and truly solving the problems); the company is struggling to find revenue outside of their main contracts they have in place with existing accounts (which are uncontrolled, unilaterally beneficial only for the customers, and which put the company in a bind on a regular basis) and has little to no business development strategy or plan in place. The company grew too big, too rapidly, because they were so happy to get in bed with a couple big automotive manufacturers in the first place, which means they skipped a lot of the important steps to continued success. It's a shame, really.
