How effective is the sales training program at EveryoneSocial for those interested in pursuing a career in sales?

I worked at EveryoneSocial for 10 months and was let go because the business was 'burning to much cash'. In order for a sales training program to be 'effective' it must first exist. When I started with ES back in 2021 a sales training program didn't even exist, I suspect by the size and scale of the company, a program still does NOT exist and if it does, it is very lack luster at best. If you are considering a sales position at ES, I would proceed with extreme caution. Only pursue a sales position at ES if you are extremely desperate for a job, otherwise I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Great humans work at ES, but they are incompetent business leaders and sales professionals, I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs....unless as I mentioned you are very desperate for a job.

I agree with everything the other answer says. I worked at EveryoneSocial for almost two years and it was the biggest mistake of my sales career.  Chris Reese knows what to say to seem like he cares but he lacks leadership integrity. He doesn't make any effort to coach or help his AEs one on one. He acts like he's happy to" join any call and help with anything," but finds somebody else to do it when it comes down to it. Beware of joining EveryoneSocial...
