Typically 1-2 people really crushing it, while the rest of us try to stay afloat. As in most orgs, those who are doing the best have the accounts that are prone to spend.

Unrealistic expectations, lack of adequate tech stack, and some leaders use fear and intimidation not just on the team but with customers.
