I have enjoyed working for this company, although the market has been tough, we are privately held and the family who owns the business did everything in their power to keep their people. There is so much opportunity within the company so if your current role isn’t working out, leadership will help find a better suited place. Pay plays are based on how well you do year-over-year. The potential is uncapped.

Tough industry to sell in right now. The company does their best to give AE's the opportunity to succeed but there is high AE turnover and most rookie reps don't make it.
