Not a great experience overall, I was a MT in a home branch and managers were very political in a professional setting (favoritism, micromanaging, etc.) They preach work life balance and the pay was good but 12 hour days weren't in the job description. Solid job out of college but not long term.

Great company to start at and gain experience with. Long hours and it will be a grind for the first year but can promote quickly if you stick it out.

Salary is decent but the hours are grueling and work culture is completely dependent on the team you're surrounded with. A good team makes the job tolerable, a bad team makes the job miserable.
