Good stepping stone into other industries. Quite a but of politics but if you work hard and are patient for roles to open, you can go far.

Current Employee4.3May 10, 2025Odd retail hours and have to stay after hours with customers to get deals done. Overall great flexibility when having to leave for personal/family business. Management is always there to help and any nationwide is willing to help. You can build your pay plan so when you get promoted you can build off what you did prior.
