I was very surprised by the structure of enterprise when I began working here. In my interviews/onboarding, they never once mentioned how tedious and how much work they actually make you do as a level 1 employee. Only recommend Enterprise for entry level to learn more about sales and grow ur skills with management.

Poor leadership, running a branch you work 70-80 hrs a week and the company keeps reducing pay just to work harder and less. They don’t care and are only concerned with rewarding their ceo
