Great job for straight out of college. Pay is competitive enough to keep you on par with above average entry level salaries. Work/Life balance is hard to deal with if you have children. But there is opportunity to grow so if you commit yourself its worth while.

My overall experience with experience is been great, especially it being my first corporate job right out of college. Being with enterprise for 3 years has molded into a better leader and put me in the lane of sales that I will forever use in my day to day lifestyle.
