Great job for straight out of college. Pay is competitive enough to keep you on par with above average entry level salaries. Work/Life balance is hard to deal with if you have children. But there is opportunity to grow so if you commit yourself its worth while.

Not a great experience overall, I was a MT in a home branch and managers were very political in a professional setting (favoritism, micromanaging, etc.) They preach work life balance and the pay was good but 12 hour days weren't in the job description. Solid job out of college but not long term.
