The experience here has not been good. NO ONE is hitting their quotas in my team. My manager gaslights us and it is overall a very toxic work environment. I don’t know one person who is fully satisfied working here

There was a lack of leadership and goals that were unattainable because they looked at numbers on a screen rather than getting input from team members who were doing the actual work.

Management isn't good and doesn't listen to the teams to determine what is working and what isn't. Comp and benefits are good.
