Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Honestly, really like the management team in the TC group. Great and honest people to work with. Not a lot of the same BS you get at other orgs, they will shoot it straight with you.
Compensation was a bit low and incentive compensation is not very favorable. Resources are limited. And lead flow is nearly non-existant and it was nearly impossible for a new hire to get traction. Most of those who succeed have been here a long time and the employees in the tax/audit/accounting side of the business do not open doors to their clients easily. Which is a shame, the TC group has a TON of products & services to offer the overall client base and does extremely good delivery work.
