Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, this company’s vision and leadership team is fantastic. I have 100% trust in the head of NAM, the exec/SLT are people of their word, go to battle with sales people not against them, and are as transparent as I think is fair.
Where there seems to be a mismatch is in the product/market. We are not a low cost provider, and there are solutions that do much more for much less money. The stakeholders don’t put much value on the factors that differentiate us, and especially in this economic market, low cost solutions that consolidate more functionality are winning.
The nature of this sale is frustrating. The champions are low in the organization and have zero decision making power which requires on average 5 other approvals and reviews from higher ups in the company. “Yes” turns into “no” very quickly when people not in the niche role of “safety” see that this can be done without our solution, or at least with a much cheaper solution. The sales cycles are extremely long for relatively small deal sizes, which makes hitting target near impossible…. I can only think of one rep who has hit quota over the past 2 years.
