The CEO who deals with the sales team is SV's worst leader, and his product does not work. He thinks he's some hotshot sales guy because he closed 2 deals that got no value from the product. He has an everything is everyone else's fault mentality. He thinks every deal in the pipeline should close for 500K plus (for a POC). Just another guy from Google who let a big round go to his head. He will end up where 95 percent of the companies end up because he has never actually put together a GTM strategy.

I made over $700k at Doxel and haven't seen PMF this good in a long time. The company launched a new product in a year ago, and that's been *spectacular*. Leadership strongly rewards hard work, and it is expected.
