Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall Doctible does not pay a liveable wage. The starting base is $36,000 and OTE for first couple months is $400. It slowly goes up and does not offer much room to grow after reaching an OTE of $69,000 in about year in the role. Upper management tries to micromanage with monitoring dials, talk time, and saying the script word for word. It also feels like it only prepares you to work at Doctible and not sales in general. The only saving grace is the direct managers create a great culture.
