Fine until it wasn't. Leadership declined, constant commission cuts, and a lack of innovation with products is causing the company to lose some of its grip on the overall market share.

Great company with a strong name. Every territory / position will have a much different experience. Expect to spend equal or more time in SPD/materials/dealing with logistics than in the actual OR. Great opportunity to get solid OR selling and consulting experience.

3 years ago, there were constant changes to the commission structure, none which were favorable to the salesforce. Seems like they were trying to minimize earnings in order to decrease the average rep age (willing to work 24/7 for less).
