Compensation for an associate position won’t be 6 figures and the hours will be long but the potential to earn well into 6 figures is there if you have the right mindset and are a skilled salesperson. Almost all Depuy Synthes roles require 24/7 on call, some more than others, and can be extremely cumbersome. While compensation has changed over the years to benefit growth and take from “farming” territories, it can still be very lucrative for many who work up to a consultant lead position
