Positive training ground if you want to move up, lots of markets around the world for multilingual people. Compensation could definitely be better and it’s below market value but it’s expected as the product isn’t Saas.

I was in the outbound team, this project was way more challenging than the inbound team but both teams were commissioned the same way. The results were that it was way easier for the inbound team to reach targets

My overall experience was good. I was managing a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners and growing their revenue, while minimising churn rates. Overall, pay was slightly below benchmark in the country, however there were opportunities to grow and get pay raises.
